Processing Times
Once we receive your payment, we will immediately start processing your order, within 48 hours. We will then quickly ship the item to you via a reliable courier service such as DHL, FedEx or other trusted logistics providers. Your order will be shipped within 1-3 days. Rest assured that you will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number and the details of the courier responsible for handling your shipment. Please keep in mind that shipments are not processed on weekends. Also, please note that during periods of high demand or promotional events, delivery times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We provide shipping address options during checkout, please fill in the actual shipping address. We will not charge for shipping, customers can view it during checkout before completing the purchase. Shipping time will vary based on your location, order size and weight. The estimated delivery time is 5-15 days, which may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays or other factors beyond our control.
Missing Tracking Information
Please allow at least one business day after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online / to be notifying you by email. If the tracking information does not update, and the expected delivery date has passed, please contact our customer service team so that we can assist you further.
How To Find A Delivered Package
Our email will notify you the tracking number and the courier partner that we used to deliver the parcel. You may log on to the stated courier service website and key in the tracking number provided to track your package.
If the tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it yet, we suggest taking the following steps:
Other than yourself, who could have received the package? Do you live with family or roommates? Do you have neighbors or a doorman? Please ask them if they received the package.
Was the package signed for? If so, do you recognize the name? Please ask them if they received the package.
Do you have a back or side door? Maybe you have a mailbox, mail room, or receiving office? If so, the package may be there.
Do you know your mail man or woman? If so, please ask them to confirm when and where the package was delivered.
